Payahuunadu was represented at the Inaugural Indigenous People’s Day Los Angeles on October 8, 2018. We participated in the Procession of Nations and had a booth that allowed us to talk to many people to educate them about where their drinking water comes from and what the social and environmental impacts are of Los Angeles exporting water out of the Owens Valley.
